VISION:
CFM has an apostolic vision, by that we mean, a vision to equip the saints for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12), and to send them out as workers into the spiritual harvest. To prepare the saints to fulfill their destiny and take their place in the Body of Christ. This will be done by equipping them through the teaching of the Word and training for the Kingdom through practical application of what they have learned. They will be empowered by stepping into positions of leadership under the cover and authority of Church leadership which will allow the free flow of the gifting and abilities given by God. Once the gifting has fully developed and is operating they will be released to step into their place of function in the Body of Christ.

MISSION STATEMENT:
Release others into their God given purpose by educating and empowering. First through the Word of God and secondly through skills needed to be effective ministers to: 1) God 2) Their Spouse/Family 3) Their Church 4) Their Work Place.
